Subscription Service

This document explains how the Advance.hr subscription works, the available payment methods, the rules for using a subscriber account, and the rights and obligations of users.

1. Introduction

The Advance.hr subscription model provides unlimited access to all portal content. This document explains the terms of subscription use, payment methods, renewal rules, and user rights.

2. What the Subscription Includes

The subscription provides users with unlimited access to all content, including analyses, commentaries, the archive, and all subscriber-only articles. After activation, the user can access the content from any device.

3. Subscription Renewal

Subscriptions do not renew automatically. When the subscription period expires, the user decides whether they wish to renew the subscription. Two days before expiration, we will send an informational e-mail notification, unless the user has disabled this option in the user interface.

4. Payment Methods

The subscription can be paid for using:

  • credit and debit cards
  • PayPal
  • Google Pay
  • Apple Pay
  • CoinGate (crypto payments)
  • bank transfer
  • other specific and regional online payment methods

Advance.hr does not process sensitive card data; processing is carried out by authorized service providers such as PayPal, Stripe, Google Pay, Apple Pay, WSPay, and others.

5. Subscription Currency and Amount

All prices are stated in euros (EUR). Foreign users may be shown an informational amount in their local currency, but payment is always processed in euros. We occasionally offer promotional discounts, which users can be informed about through notifications if they have enabled that option.

6. Refunds

In exceptional cases, a subscription refund may be approved, exclusively with a justified reason and at the discretion of the editorial team. Dissatisfaction with an individual article cannot be considered a justified reason for a refund.

7. Account Use and Prohibition on Sharing Subscriptions

The subscription is intended exclusively for one user. Sharing a subscription with other persons constitutes a violation of the Terms of Use and may lead to temporary or permanent termination of access. The system records account logins to protect the subscription, and users have access to their own login records.

8. Account Management

Users may change their account information, manage notification settings, or disable certain options at any time. All details regarding transactions and subscription statuses are available in the user interface.

9. Subscription Termination and Account Deletion

The user may terminate the subscription at any time. If they wish, they may also permanently delete their user account through the user interface. When the account is deleted, all personal data is removed except for data that must be retained by law, such as accounting and transaction data.

10. Changes to This Document

This document may be updated from time to time to reflect technical, legal, or business changes. All changes will be published on this page.
