1. Subscription and Payment
How do I activate a subscription?
You can activate a subscription through your user account — or by using the “subscription” button in the upper right corner — by selecting the desired package and payment method.
Does the subscription renew automatically?
No. The subscription does not renew automatically. When the subscription period expires, the user decides whether they wish to renew access.
Will I receive a notification before my subscription expires?
Yes, you will receive an informational e-mail two days before the expiration date, unless you have disabled this option in the user interface.
Which payment methods do you support?
We support payment by card, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, CoinGate, and bank transfer.
In which currencies is the subscription charged?
The subscription is always charged in euros (EUR). Foreign users are shown an informational amount in their own currency.
Can I request a refund?
In exceptional situations and with a justified reason, a refund may be approved at the discretion of the editorial team.
Can I share my subscription with others?
No. Sharing a subscription violates the Terms of Use and may lead to restricted or terminated access.
2. User Accounts and Login
I forgot my password — what should I do?
Use the “forgot password” option and follow the reset instructions.
Can I change the e-mail address on my account?
Yes, e-mail address changes can be made within the user interface.
How can I view my transactions and subscription status?
All transactions and subscription statuses are displayed in your user profile.
Can I delete my user account?
Yes. You can permanently delete your account in the settings. After deletion, all data is removed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and GDPR.
3. Technical Questions
The website is not loading properly — what can I do?
Check your internet connection, refresh the page, and try another browser. If the problem continues, contact support.
What should I do if I have a payment problem?
Please send us information about your device, browser, payment method, and, if possible, a screenshot. We will process the issue as soon as possible.
What visitor data do you track?
We use only an internal system for basic statistics and do not use Google Analytics or other external tools.
4. Content and Editorial Policy
Are articles written with the help of artificial intelligence?
No. AI may only be used for technical assistance in research and language checks. All content is written and edited exclusively by humans.
How do you fact-check information?
We verify factual information through multiple independent sources, official documents, and relevant institutions, in accordance with our Fact-Checking Methodology.
Do you publish sponsored articles or PR content?
No. The portal does not publish PR content, native advertising, or hidden promotional articles.
Do you publish reader-submitted content?
We do not publish reader articles. Users may participate in forum discussions, subject to administrator approval.
5. Privacy and Security
What data do you collect about users?
We collect only the data necessary for managing accounts and subscriptions, in accordance with the Privacy Policy and GDPR.
Do you store card data?
No. Card data is processed by authorized service providers: Stripe, PayPal, WSPay, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.
How do you protect subscriber privacy?
We apply technical protection measures such as HTTPS, password hashing, and access control. We do not share data with third parties for marketing purposes.
6. Collaboration and Authors
How can I apply for collaboration?
Applications should be sent to [email protected]. We recommend sending one sample article or a link to previous work.
Do you currently have any open positions?
Open positions are published on the “Jobs” page. If there are none, you may still send an open application.
Do some authors use initials instead of their full name?
Yes. This is permitted for privacy and security reasons and is approved by the editorial team.

How can I report an error in an article?
Send us the link and a short explanation by e-mail. The handling procedure is defined in the Corrections Policy.
How do you correct inaccurate information?
Significant changes are marked with a note in the article. Minor technical errors are corrected without delay.
